• Please be aware that all bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another family. Please let us know in this case
• All bookings are non-refundable, with two exceptions: wet weather* or state restrictions* - see below
• Should the weather* be raining, we will rearrange this event or give a full refund

Covid Conditions

• Although our Christmas set is outdoor, surfaces will be cleaned & sanitised in between appointments – so timings will need to be maintained for the cleaning elves
• Please do not attend if you have any Covid symptoms or having a Covid test or are awaiting results of a Covid test. In this case, please pass your session to a friend and let us know
• This event is dependent on Melbourne restrictions easing. Should these not ease sufficiently* – a full refund will be given
