When did you last have your family photographed ?

Has it been a while? Your family photos are very precious and continue to appreciate over time! After all, how wonderful is it to look through previous family photographs!

So how will my family photos look?

Your images will be a mix of natural and gently posed, whilst still reflecting you. Images of pets and young children will be more playful and reflect unique spontaneous moments during the session. Have a look through our Portfolio of family images and also some of our Blog of recent portraits

We cover all life’s special milestones from newborn babies, toddlers & children and family portraits, significant birthdays and wedding anniversaries. We can include your fur-kids and your extended family including grandparents

Where will my family photos be created?

We specialise in offering you a ‘Location Portrait’ that is a totally customised family photo session… we come to your home or a nearby location of your choice.

We are based in Wheelers Hill near Glen Waverley and we can also suggest locations that we know well and look fabulous in your final Artwork. We will guide you through your photography experience with us and create some beautiful images for you to treasure

What should we wear for our photography?

There are absolutely no rules on this! Just whatever you are comfortable in … after all we want you to have fun! For location portraits, jeans and mid-toned shirts work well.

As a family, if you choose similar co-ordinating colours, you tend to look more cohesive as a group – but there’s no need to wear identical outfits! We do recommend you avoid bold patterns, bold stripes and large logos. This reduces distractions in your photographs

Price – how much will it cost ?

We have no minimum sale and no hidden charges and you will receive quality Art-work to truly treasure. So how much … well this depends what you are after, have a read

Some people buy a few images, some go crazy – most people fit somewhere in between. Our client’s typical investment is between $800 and $3,000 in total on their Art Pieces

What if we are unwell ?

If you or someone in your family is unwell, please do let us know and we will find an alternative date for your session.

Is Vanessa a member of any Professional Groups?

Yes she is !

Vanessa has been a Full member of the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photographers) for 10 years.

Influenced by this national body, she continues to innovate in her specialism of Family and Pet Photography, as evidenced by her 'first-of-a-kind' Melbourne Cat Books, for example.
