- Any offers or specials are for a FULL family group portrait session. Please note that all images and products included in the offer or special must also be a full family portrait and all of the same portrait
- All adults must attend both the photography session and the design consultation, to claim full value of voucher
- Once you have purchased a photography voucher for your session, it is non-refundable
- Each gift voucher can only be used once.
- Photography sessions must be booked prior to the expiry of the gift voucher
- All ordered images are backed up and stored to the highest standard but avoiding technical hardware failure is never guaranteed. Other unpurchased images will be removed 3 months after the collection of your artwork.
- Your design appointment is to be completed within four (4) weeks of your photography session to redeem your gift voucher
- Only one (1) Duet Images Special Offer gift voucher per family, per year may be used – unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please contact Vanessa for more details
- Any offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. Offer not transferable
- Special offers cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session
- Duet Images photography sessions are quite active and involve physical activity. Any injuries need to be told to the photographer prior to the session. These sessions are undertaken at your own risk
- We want to make the most of your session. We will do all we can to make this fun – but cannot be responsible if images are missed due to individuals non-cooperation. We also cannot guarantee any one image, but will always do our very best
- All sessions will list their specific inclusions. All extra digital images or other products are available for additional charge as supplied with your booking
- Digital files purchased from Duet Images, will contain purchased images at high resolution in universal JPEG format, as per your order. Any other edit requirements will be charged at an additional $50 per image
- All family promotions are not for commercial image use
- When you receive your wall art, you will receive care guidance notes to help you look after your precious photography pieces. Please hang your wall art on a secure wall fixing attached to a wall joist, suitable to the weight of the piece. Tape of any type should never be used to hang art work. Your pieces should be displayed out of both direct and indirect reflected sunlight – just like art galleries display their art work. Australian sunlight is so strong. Your wall art should be kept away from extremes of temperature (never in an attic) and away from rooms with sources of moisture including steam
- Photography Albums should always be stored horizontal and never vertical. A storage box can be used to keep dust off. As with all materials keep your album away from extremes of temperature (never in an attic) and away from sources of moisture including steam
- The studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time
- Duet Images respects your privacy and your personal information is not shared with any third-party organisations
