National Family Portrait Month is back for 2021
This photography project is all about celebrating the bonds of those close to us :-)
Once again we are excited to be supporting this amazing project and this year we will help raise $10,000 for Make A Wish. National Family Portrait Month began in 2016 and since then has raised over $150,000 for amazing charities.
Duet Images has been selected as one of the photographers around Australia to photograph Mums & Dads with their children, to raise funds for Make A Wish.
From now until Friday 31st July 2021, we are looking for loving parents and their Children, to be photographed for an upcoming limited edition Publication called "A Mothers Love". This publication will be a fundraiser for Make A Wish and will be a celebration of loving families around Australia.
Your photography can be anytime up until the end of October. You only need to register before the end of July 2021 to be included.
When you have your photography session, ALL of your family including your Grandparents and even your fur-kid pets are very welcome to be included. This is all about your unique family!
To be part of this exciting fundraising initiative simply register your interest below and we will be in touch with you. Your $51 per family participation fee, will be forwarded in FULL to Make A Wish and this will help to reach our target of $10,000 for this charity

After completing this "Register your interest" you will be directed to the event donation page. This sends your donation direct to the Charity. When you nominate "Duet Images" as your photographer, you qualify for $100 artwork credit

What’s in it for you? You know that you have helped raise much needed funds for the amazing Make A Wish. Secondly you have some precious family portraits created. Mums, Dads and their children will appear in an inspirational publication, called "A Mothers Love". You of course have the opportunity to purchase photographs from your photography session, as a priceless record of your family. And because we know you will love your images, we will give you a credit of $100 towards any Wood, Framed or Canvas Wall Art of your choice - this is our gift to you. This will give you a start towards your image collection
Who is "Make A Wish " Australia? An independent non-profit organisation working to create life-changing "wishes" for children with critical illness
What is National Family Portrait Month? National Family Portrait Month is held during the month of July 2021, and is a national fundraising effort throughout Australia and New Zealand, to help raise $10,000 for the Make A Wish charity. The photography session can be anytime up until the end of October, but you must register before the end of July 2021

What does it cost? There is a $51 participation fee. ALL of this will be forwarded to Make A Wish. When you book Duet Images for this project, you receive $100 credit towards your wall art - chosen after your session*.
Who is your photographer? Vanessa of Duet Images will be your Photographer. She has been photographing Melbourne families for 15 years!
Vanessa is a FULL member of the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography) and holds a current working with children check. Selected photographers around Australia and New Zealand have come together by making a donation to help raise funds for the charity, and are also donating their time and talent for this cause
Can I have all my family photographed? Yes absolutely ... Bring your partner and even your grandparents too! We will be happy to photograph your whole family at no extra cost, if you would like to take full advantage of your photography session
Where will I be photographed? Duet Images is based in Melbourne's South-Eastern Suburbs. Your customised family portrait session with Vanessa, can be at any nearby location of your choice – and yes we can even make location suggestions that work really well. We can even come to your home, which is great if you want to include your cat or small pets!
Can I purchase photographs*? Yes, of course. We will start your collection with a credit of $100 towards any Wood, Framed or Canvas Wall Art. Of course you will love your images and want more - but this is your choice. We have a beautiful range of products and lots of samples we can show you, when we meet. In the meantime, have a look here ..
Will my photograph be in the publication? Yes all those who pay their participation fee and are photographed, will have one of their photographs featured in a publication "A Mothers Love", which will be a will be a celebration of loving families around Australia.
Do I get to choose the photograph for the publication? Our graphic designer will choose all the photographs to ensure that the design is balanced
When will this be published? We hope to have the publication will be released before the end of the year
How much will the publication cost? The price will depend on total number ordered, but will be around $85
Where can I buy the publication? This may be purchased online, or from participating photographers. Check out last years here ..
