We are so spoilt for choice in Melbourne!
Choosing the location for your family photography does depend on the feel the feel that you would like from the images.
Duet Images is based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne and we travel around to many of the beautiful parks and gardens nearby. These include some with lots of native trees such as Jells Park in Glen Waverley. Other gardens include more European styling and some even a mix of both.
Another option to consider is we can come to your home! This is great if you want to include hobbies or small pets that are tricky to bring to another location.
The beach is a fabulous location, but time of the day for your photography can be extra important here. Due to the lack of shade, we really recommend that you consider your photography session at the end of the afternoon or even in the golden hour on the lead-up to sunset. Us photographers refer to the last two hours before sunset as the wonderful golden hour and the sunlight is warmer in tone and wraps around the landscape.
